The US of A

On reflection, I probably should have started my recent deviations with this one. I think that this photo gives a good impression of the city of Minneapolis and the USA in general. There is a massive mix of architecture, from older style sandstone/granite buildings to ultra-modern mirrored glass towers. Everywhere you go you meet another US flag proudly flutters with the wind or a church solemnly stands - a testament of the strong attachment the people here have to their religion and history.
